The Pennsylvania Fairness Act, would ensure that no Pennsylvanian could legally be denied housing, fired from their job, or kicked out of a restaurant or business because of their sexual orientation or gender identity or gender expression.

Environment

Everyone has a right to safe and clean air, water, and access to greenspaces—but across Southwestern PA, a person’s ZIP code often determines whether they actually have it.

Firearms Policy Reform

On October 27, 2018, Squirrel Hill was changed forever when an anti-semitic gunman attacked the three synagogues in the Tree of Life building.

Government Reform

Rep. Frankel has consistently cosponsored and voted for an independent, non-partisan redistricting commission that creates new districts that will allow the will of voters to be reflected in election results.

Reproductive Rights & Healthcare

He organized the Women’s Health Caucus in the mid-2000s to help legislators quickly respond to attacks on reproductive health care, including abortion rights and access to family planning.
